This is a question we get a lot. We teach neither. French Essentials teaches international French which is the internationally accepted pronunciation of the French language. International French can be understood by all French speakers. Note that Parsian French is the accent of the people who live in the Paris region, just one of many accents in France and throughout the Francophony (French-speaking countries).
No, the workbook pages can be printed for as many children as you have.
Currently, eBooks 1- 6 in the French Essentials series are available for purchase.
The remaining eBooks in the French Essentials series will be availalbe by the end of 2018.
